1. Returns
- Eligibility for Returns: We accept returns for items purchased on Kralon.xyz within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Some items, such as customized products or items marked as “non-returnable,” may not be eligible for return.
2. How to Initiate a Return
- Step 1: Contact our customer support team at admin@kralon.xyz or via our website contact page within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for your return.
- Step 2: Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your product.
- Step 3: Ship the product back to us in its original condition. Return shipping costs will be your responsibility unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
3. Refunds

If you simply wish to exchange an item for a different style or size, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order.
